Sonoma County Martial Arts Center was established in 1983 by head instructor Master Herb Cody Senior. Master Cody has an extensive history as a trainer of 8 World Champions, instructor of Escrima, Kickboxing, and Masters Degree in traditional Kenpo Karate.

Sonoma County Martial Arts Center specializes in Kickboxing , Kenpo Karate, Escrima, Tai chi, and Qigong all while teaching proper body mechanics and form. With the proper body mechanics and training our students achieve a healthier body, greater sense of self esteem, mental awareness, and over all mental calmness.
